Compete Hockey would like announce that they will be running their second annual "High Performance Camp" in Alaska. This camp is geared towards improving players overall intensity and work ethic.
Compete Hockey’s Director is Ex NHL player Cam Severson, Cam played for the Anaheim Ducks and Columbus Blue Jackets as well as various other teams in the American Hockey League and Europe during his 15 year Professional career. Cam has run Sever’s Summer Hockey School in Spokane for the last 8 years, where over 1500 participants have attended form all over the Western United States as well as Canada.

Instructors
CAM SEVERSON– Director and Head Instructor
Cam played in the National Hockey League for the Anaheim Ducks and Columbus Blue Jackets. He also played 5 seasons in the Western Hockey League. He coached a Bantam AAA team last season that seen 4 players get drafted in the 2011 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft. He is currently the Head Coach of the Compete Hockey Academy Midget Tier 1 team. Also a Level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach
TYSON KNUDSEN – Head Instructor and Power Skating Coach
Tyson played NCAA (Division III) college hockey at Framingham State College where he earned a B.A. degree in History.He is currently an assistant coach of the Compete Hockey Academy Midget Tier 1 team and is a Level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach.
KYLE KUDSEN– Head Goal Tending Coach
Kyle played four years of NCAA (Div. III) college hockey at the University of Minnesota – Crookston and graduated with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and a minor in coaching. Kyle began his coaching career as a goalie coach for the Red Lake Falls High School varsity team in Red Lake Falls, MN. He now works as a consultant goalie coach for Spokane Youth Hockey Association and is the lead goaltender Director for Compete Hockey Academy. He also works as an assistant coach for the Compete Hockey Academy Midget Tier 1 team.
We are working on getting some local Alaska Pro and Junior instructors on our staff as well.
We focus on individual skill development in all areas of the game, this is a “High Intensity Camp” designed to prepare Elite Players for the next level.

Refunds are available less $45.00 due to injury or illness with proof of medical certificate. Refunds can be made by check only. Credit Cards won’t be refunded.
